Hunter’s Foto Source has received some great entries, now it’s up to you to choose the winner! The winning photo will be featured on the cover of the Summer 2013 Library Guide, and the winner will receive a framed copy of their photo, compliments of Hunter’s Foto Source.
The Municipality of Clarington launched their 2013 Online Customer Service Survey today – This is YOUR Clarington.
Residents are encouraged to participate in this survey, letting the Municipality know your views on the importance of existing municipal services and your satisfaction with these services. There are also opportunities for you to share your ideas and suggestions on how the Municipality can better serve and communicate with you.
The survey will be available until Friday, June 7. You can complete the survey online, or pick up a printed copy at any Municipal recreation facility or Library branch.
Downtown Bowmanville was packed on Saturday with people enjoying the beautiful weather and Maple Festival & All That Jazz! Ready Reader, the Clarington Public Library mascot, also enjoyed everything Maple Fest had to offer!

You asked for more movies and we listened! Starting June 1st, we are excited to get our movies into the hands of our customers faster!!!
New blockbuster movies will be Quick Flicks for the first 6 months. Quick Flick DVDs have a 3 day loan period and are available on a first come, first serve basis. This means that movies will spend less time on hold shelves and in transit, and more time where you want them – in your DVD player! After Quick Flick DVDs have been in our system for 6 months, you will be able to place holds. All your existing holds will remain.

Submit your photo to Hunter’s Foto Source now for your chance to see your work in print! Photos must be seasonal (i.e. may be used for summer) and feature Clarington.
