Treat your baby to a relaxing massage! This interactive five-week workshop series promotes infant development and bonding. Learn relaxing massage strokes for your baby that increase circulation and relax their growing muscles. All you need to bring is yourself and your baby!

This self-designed prevention and wellness process helps you address physical, mental health, and life issues, aiding you in getting well, staying well, and making your life the way you want it to be.

In this interactive workshop with Durham Mental Health Services, explore self-help tools including peer counselling, focusing exercises, relaxation, and stress reduction techniques. Also learn about available resources for keeping well and helping yourself feel better in difficult times.
