Help your family manage and balance family life, schoolwork, and working from home during this challenging time with expert advice from Kinark Child and Family Services. Learn strategies for implementing structure and routine, reducing stress, and finding ways for families to work and establish resilience together. Discover ways you can help your children combat the feelings of loneliness and isolation sparked by being distanced from friends, schoolmates, and other important individuals in their lives. A Q&A will follow this interactive workshop.
