Class and Group Bookings

Service Update (March 2022):

Class and group bookings are now available! Book a visit for your class or community group using the form below.

Did you know that the Library offers free class and group visits? We tailor our visits to your students’ or group's needs. We offer branch tours/demonstrations, storytimes, eResource demos, Deep Learning Inquiry Project support, TD Summer Reading Club presentations, Girl Guide and Scout badges, and so much more. We can even arrange to virtually visit your classroom, meeting, or event! Virtual Visits can be presented through our video conferencing platform or your organization's.

Please fill out the form below and a Library staff member will contact you shortly to discuss your visit.

Library Cards

Educators are encouraged to distribute Library card applications to your students prior to a class visit. Print off the Library Card Application form here, and make copies to distribute to your students.

Please note that a parent or guardian must sign these applications and completed applications should be submitted to the library one (1) week in advance of your visit so that they can be ready for the visit.

Note regarding Virtual Visits

Virtual Visits are hosted via Zoom. An invite link will be sent to you before your scheduled visit. If you prefer to invite Library Staff to your meeting, please indicate which platform you use in the additional information field below.

A confirmation will be sent to this address.
Please request a time at least two (2) weeks from today.
