Volunteering in Your Community
Are you looking to use your free time in a positive and productive way? Try volunteering! Not only will you be serving your community, but you will be gaining valuable experience that is highly respected by potential employers when noted on your resume. Volunteer opportunties are plentiful and a number of agencies and organizations accept volunteers on a regular basis (see below for some examples).
If you are interested in volunteering at Clarington Public Library, we maintain a list of potential volunteers who we will call on at various times of the year for specific projects.
