Clarington Public Library acknowledges the on-going support of projects funded by the Community Access Program (CAP), administered by the Durham Region Employment Network (DREN). CAP is a Government of Canada initiative, administered by Industry Canada, that aims to provide Canadians with affordable public access to the Internet and the skills they need to use it effectively. DREN provides a single, coordinated effort to unite and share information on the vast array of employment, education/training and community support services available in Durham.
