How To in 10 Festival

Durham Region Libraries would like to offer you and your organization to the opportunity to host a booth at one (or more!) of the How-To in 10 Festival and Road Shows! Clarington Public Library's Festival will be held at the Bowmanville Branch on Saturday, April 28, 2018!

Responsibilities and Contributions

The Vendor agrees to:

  • Attend the event(s) in duration;
  • Staff the booth at all times during the event(s);
  • Provide all necessary items needed for the booth, unless otherwise agreed upon with the hosting Library;
  • Provide a high-resolution copy of the organization's logo (or other branding) as requested, for promotional purposes;
  • Foster an engaging atmosphere, encouraging participation and drawing in festival goers,
  • Consent that the host library has the absolute right and permission to publish or use any and all photographic or pictures taken of me on this date.

The Library agrees to:

  • Organize the event(s);
  • Advertise the event(s) both in-house and externally through various media outlets;
  • Provide space for the vendor to set-up a booth or otherwise appropriate area, free of charge.
